All readings are private and confidential and are for the viewing of Astara and the client only.  Readings are not to be recorded. 

 

All readings are done to the best of Astara's ability to inspire clients to think positively and provide guidance in any situation.

Please acknowledge that any predictions of the future are not guaranteed outcomes as they are influenced by your decisions and choices you make by your free will the moment a reading is delivered to you.

All readings are to be paid beforehand. 

​

If you are not able to attend your reading the cancellation policy is 2 hours notice minimum to re-book or a refund. 

 

Your reading will begin from the time it has been booked in.

​

Birth Chart readings require a 7 day advance cancellation notice or a 50% deposit will be forfeited.

If for any reason on behalf of Astara (illness or personal) the reading can not go ahead you will receive a full and complete refund or if you are happy to we can reschedule.

Astara does not offer refunds for services for any reason after a reading and there is no refund for no shows.
